Terms & Condition

  1. Shopping
    For overseas delivery, customers please make an order first in our Babypro e-shop. (Payment status will be pending for all overseas delivery orders).

    After receiving your orders, we will measure the weight and volume of your purchased products, and calculate the postage cost according to China Post. Then, we will report the total postage cost to you via email.

If you accept the postage cost, please reply us in email. We will send a payment link to you via email again.

After the payment received, we will arrange the delivery to you.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

    For deliveries outside Hong Kong, we use China Post (which includes a tracking number that enables you to track your order online) as our delivery company. Please note that we do NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes and hotels.

    Shipping
    We generally process and ship the orders within 72 hours after we receive full payment (price of products plus potage cost). Please be aware that there are certain exceptions to shipping times due to credit card processing, large order volumes or item availability. If there is a delay in your order we will explain to you via email.

The above are estimated delivery times only and we are not responsible for any delay due to Customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery time may vary, particularly during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter and other holiday periods. Although Babypro e-shop cannot guarantee the delivery time, we will do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them.

  1. Customs Regulations - Taxes or duties

    When ordering from Babypro e-shop, you are considered as the importer and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Any additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by you (the importer). Babypro e-shop has no control over these charges and does not assume to bear the responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local Customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local Customs authority for further information.

    If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay Customs tax and/or duties, and then subsequently returned to Babypro e-shop, you will be responsible for both send and return shipping charges and there will be no refunds for the purchased item(s).
  2. Returns

    Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Babypro e-shop. It takes 3-4 weeks to process the return and credit your PayPal account. You will receive an email that notifies you that we have received your returned item(s) and processed the credit to your account.

    Products available for return are as follow:

    Incorrect Item Sent Return:
    We put every effort to make sure your order is exactly correct. In any event, if a wrong item is shipped to you, we will exchange it for you. Within 7 days of receipt date of the product, the item (in its original condition, not damaged and/or opened) must be in progress of sending back to us with the original invoice and original box in return for the correct item. All shipping charges that are due to our mistaken items will be reimbursed by Babypro e-shop for returns (credits are posted within 7 days of our receipt). Please contact us within 48 hours if there is any mistake in your order.

    Damaged Item Return:
    We will accept a return if the item's shipping box was not damaged while the item itself was . Within 7 days of receipt date of the product, the item (in its original condition) must be in progress of sending back to us with the original invoice and oringal box. Refunds will be at the discretion of Babypro e-shop. We reserve the right to reject any refund if any item was damaged intentionally or if a different item was returned or the item was damaged during shipping.


    Please make sure whichever return applies to you, please put a copy of the invoice in the box and a short note explaining what you need us to do. Please send all returns to our address, as follows.
